The Nuts and Bolts of Fee Shifting

The Nuts and Bolts of Fee Shifting
Most civil rights statutes allow the prevailing party plaintiff (and on rare occasions the defendant) to obtain attorney fees. But how do you know if you have prevailed? What fees can you seek?

This session will address how to get your prevailing party fees, how to submit a properly constituted fee petition, and how to avoid having your client get tagged for fees if you lose.

Complete program details will be announced soon.
