WEB and CMBA Joint Year-End Legal & Regulatory Update

WEB and CMBA Joint Year-End Legal & Regulatory Update
The CMBA is excited to partner with WEB for a joint year-end Legal and Regulatory Update on Thursday, December 14.

Please join us for a year-end review and update on developments that occurred in 2017 with respect to regulatory, legislative, and case law developments covering the areas of health and welfare plans, qualified retirement plans, executive compensation, and other employee benefits topics.  We will also discuss predictions for potential upcoming legislative developments and what such developments would mean in the future.

The Worldwide Employee Benefits Network (“WEB”) Cleveland Chapter and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association will be jointly sponsoring and holding a year-end review of recent legal and regulatory developments in the employee benefits field on December 14, 2017.  The program will consist of a panel of four speakers who will discuss recent changes in laws governing employee benefit plans and executive compensation arrangements as well as notable recent case law and litigation trends relevant to employee benefit plans and employee benefit plan sponsors.

The program is intended to provide plan sponsors and their advisors and service providers with an overview of those recent legal and regulatory developments that may affect the design and administration of employee benefit and executive compensation plans.
