According to The Report of the National Task Force on Lawyer Well-Being, to be a good lawyer, one has to be a healthy lawyer. Whether for yourself, a colleague, or a friend, your CMBA Mental Health & Wellness Committee has compiled an array of information and resources to assist legal professionals and law students with questions related to the maintenance and improvement of well-being -- be it for addiction, other mental health disorders such as depression or anxiety, or general well-being.  Whether for a quick refresher, or if the issue at hand requires true professional attention, the Committee is one resource for information and direction on where to go for help.  Please have a look at the tabs below, and if you have any questions please contact Kari Burns of the CMBA (kburns@clemetrobar.org, 216-539-5970), who will connect you to a Committee member for further assistance.
