Reimagining the UCC in Your Practice

Robert M. LeVine, JD

The UCC governs billions of commercial transactions each day in the United States. There are 29.4 million small businesses alone whose daily operations involve the UCC. Often, these businesses are vulnerable in ways that have not even occurred to them by reason of various provisions of the Code. An attorney with a solid working knowledge of the UCC creates a powerful platform to attract new business and better serve existing clients. This seminar will empower attendees to reach such a level of knowledge of the UCC.

A graduate of the University of Chicago School of Law, Mr. LeVine presents to Bar Associations across the country and, for the past 10 years, has taught commercial law as an adjunct professor at Stetson University College of Law.
