Ohio’s recently enacted Employment Law Uniformity Act (ELUA) becomes effective on April 12, 2021. The ELUA makes significant changes to Ohio’s anti-discrimination laws, including, but not limited to, decreasing the statute limitations, adding a charge filing requirement, and limiting supervisor liability. Please join us for a detailed discussion of the ELUA’s impact on employment litigation in Ohio.
