The SolarWinds data breach garnered a great deal of attention relating to the impact on national security. However, the ubiquity of the SolarWinds products in the private sector could have data privacy and liability consequences far beyond the .gov. This program will explain the SolarWinds event, discuss the evolving investigations, and the ramifications of remote monitoring and management (RMM) tool incidents with a focus on the facts of the SolarWinds incident.
