Risk Management & Loss Prevention Strategies During the Pandemic
Providing an environment free of recognized hazards is the fundamental responsibility of all employers, and an OSHA requirement. COVID-19 is certainly a recognized hazard by now. The Ohio Department of Health issed a series of orders that required employers to implement changes to their operations to control the spread of the virus. Those orders are set to expire in the near future, according to the Governor. When the orders expire, employers will be faced with controling not only the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace, but also all other similarly spread communicable diseases. This seminar was developed to educate facility managers and supervisors about the new standard of care to combat illness in the workplace.
