From a ten-person boardroom to a 400-seat auditorium, each of our rooms features state-of-the-art technology – laptops, projectors, screens, microphones and video conferencing capabilities – all at no extra charge. Additionally, our exclusive caterer, Sausalito Catering, provides a delicious array of options with no minimum order. Whether you need one lunch or 100 – we can do it!
FREE to CMBA Members:
As a special benefit, CMBA members may use both Conference Room A and the Member's Office at no cost. Conference Room A features a large table with ten comfortable chairs, speakerphone, and both HDMI and VGA cables to connect your computer (or use ours - we have loaners!) to the large LED screen. This conference room is a great space for depositions, arbitrations, or mediations. The Member's Office is the perfect centralized location for meeting clients, work in a quiet atmosphere, or relax between appointments. This room features a desk for your use and seating for up to three guests. Hi-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire conference center. Reservations are required and are honored in the order in which they are received. The next time you need an office away from your office, come meet us at the Bar!
Discounted Room Pricing for CMBA Members:
Members also receive reduced rates on all other room rentals. All members, including business professionals who join as Affiliate Members, receive the same access to discounted room rentals and free access to the Member's Office and Conference Room A.
