CMBA Updates & Legal News

Posted by: Kathleen Onders on May 28, 2021

Bobby Botnick, founder of The Botnick Law Firm, LLC, and the Chair of CMBA’s Small Firm & Solo Practitioner Section, joined the Lawyer Referral Service (LRS) in January of 2021 and has already received 20 referrals for potential clients needing legal assistance in criminal law matters. Bobby is a solo practitioner who represents clients on federal, felony and misdemeanor state charges, OVI and traffic offenses as well as delinquency matters in juvenile court. Bobby practices in multiple courts around Northeast Ohio.

When asked about whether he would encourage others to join the LRS, Bobby shared: “After hearing about other attorneys’ experiences and stories of success with the LRS I decided to dip my toes in the water. Almost instantly I was receiving new leads, a number of which turned into retained clients. I feel terrible that I waited so long to take advantage of this great resource and I’m so happy to be a part of the LRS!” Thank you for joining the LRS Bobby. We are grateful for your participation and all you do to assist those referred to you from the LRS.

If you are thinking about joining the LRS, don’t wait anymore! Join now and start receiving referrals. Apply today to join the LRS: LRS Join Now (

Thank you for referring your family, friends and acquaintances to the LRS. Please remember to direct them to the CMBA website to be connected with an attorney:

Intake Specialists are only available by phone on Mondays and Tuesdays.
