A room in the Huntington Convention Center being used for jury trials (WEWS)
As we posted from the court last week, jury trials resumed on Monday, April 26th in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas. A report this afternoon from the court says so far, the whole process is running smoothly and safely.
As they did last year, the court is using the Global Center for Health Innovation and the Huntington Convention Center for staging juries and for some legal proceedings. They spoke with Administrative and Presiding Judge Brenda Sheehan who said, "Your viewers should know that if you get a juror’s summons, they’re treated as the VIP in this building”
