Thank you supporting The 3Rs Program by volunteering your time and/or for joining our new giving program, Friends of The 3Rs. Your contributions of time and money will help us sustain this innovative and award winning program, which will kick off its third year this fall. The 3Rs program reaches 4,000 tenth graders in the social studies classes in the Cleveland and East Cleveland Public Schools. The program goals are to:
(1) improve understanding of and respect for the rule of law and the U.S. Constitution;
(2) improve the passage rate on the social studies portion of the Ohio Graduation Test;
(3) provide practical career counseling to focus students on their potential beyond high schools;
(4) improve the pipeline of minorities flowing into legal careers in this region.
For tax purposes, no goods or services were provided in consideration for this donation. While your contribution may be tax deductible, please contact your tax advisor concerning your individual circumstances. The CBF is an IRS certified 501 (c)(3) charitable organization (34-1671726).

during the 2008-09 school year as a volunteer.
I pledge $50.00 to become a Friend of the 3Rs.
I will attend the volunteer orientation session to be held at the CMBA on:
Monday, October 6th from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, October 7th from 8:00 – 9:30 a.m.
Monday, October 13th from Noon – 1:30 p.m.
