The Court Rules Committee promotes the objectives and activities of the CMBA by monitoring proposed changes to court rules and procedures and may suggest changes in order to improve the litigation process and the administration of courts.  Working in conjunction with sections and committees that might be interested in the content of particular rules or procedures, the Committee will recommend to the Board of Trustees whether any action should be taken in the name of the CMBA.

For more information about the Court Rules Committee, please contact Heather Zirke, Bar Counsel.
