Rental space includes three (3) smaller conference rooms/offices; seven (7) classrooms/meeting rooms and a 398 seat auditorium. Room rates are available for hourly, half-day and full-day reservations. Please contact Melanie Farrell for specific rates and details.

FREE to CMBA Members: As a special benefit, CMBA members can reserve two conference rooms (Conference Rooms A and B) as well as the Members-Only Office for free. (Reservations accepted in the order in which they are received.) The Members-Only Office, which includes a desk, seating for guests and high-speed Wi-Fi, is the perfect place to meet with clients, work in a quiet professional atmosphere or relax between appointments. The next time you need an office away from your office, come meet us at the Bar!

Discounted Room Pricing for Members: Members also receive reduced rates on all other room rentals, saving you at least $100 per rental. All members, including business professionals who join as Affiliate Members, receive the same access to discounted room rentals and free access to the Members-Only Office and designated conference rooms. PARKING

The CMBA Conference Center is located at 1375 East 9th Street, on the corner of St. Clair and East 9th Street, inside the One Cleveland Center building. Various parking options are available nearby. Details below.

  • One Cleveland Center Garage (attached to the building)
    • $2.50 every 15 minutes with a max of $13 per day.
    • Early bird rate of $8.00 for those in by 8:30 a.m. $5.00 after 4:00 p.m. M-F
  • Meter Options
    • Meters are located on Rockwell Avenue, St. Clair Avenue and East 12th Street.
    • Please be sure to carefully check the parking hours and restrictions to avoid a ticket.
  • Surface Lots
    • There are various surface lots available off nearby streets, like Rockwell, East 12th, Hamilton and East 13th Street.
  • Galleria Garage
    • Across St. Clair from the CMBA Conference Center is the Galleria Parking Garage (accessible off Lakeside Avenue).
    • This garage is connected to the One Cleveland Center building by an under-the-street tunnel as well.
