Hot Talks - Sanctuary City or Welcoming City

This month's Hot Talk conversation will be held on Tuesday, March 21 from 5-6 p.m. and will answer questions such as, What does it mean to be a "Sanctuary City" or a "Welcoming City"?  What's the difference? Presenting for the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy will be David Leopold of Leopold & Associates Co., LPA. Presenting for the City of Cleveland Heights, who voted in February to hold the status of Welcoming City, is At-Large Council member Carol Roe. Read our full media advisory here

This month's free, interactive one-hour conversation will be followed by a cash bar reception. Bring your questions, your views, your criticisms - whatever you've got - and come meet us at the bar for Hot Talks.
