Cleveland Public Auditorium was buzzing Friday, June 2, 2017 at the CMBA's 10th Annual Meeting, with a little flair of New Orleans. This year, we celebrated an incredible milestone in the history of our organization: the 10th anniversary of the unification of two predecessor organizations, the Cuyahoga County Bar Association and the Cleveland Bar Association. As a unified bar, we have risen to great heights that gives us tremendous cause for celebration.
CMBA President, Darrell A. Clay of Walter Haverfield was formally sworn in during the meeting and then led his inaugural address. In addition to inducting our 10th President, the Annual Meeting, we welcomed the new classes of Bar Association and Bar Foundation officers and trustees, including Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Foundation President Mitchell G. Blair of Calfee, Halter & Griswold.
