The Litigation Section strives to promote collegiality, continuing legal education, professionalism, publishing and public service to its 450+ members.
CLE offerings include the annual Litigation Institute and the NITA Trial Advocacy Institute.
The section holds monthly meetings with a case law update, brief remarks from a local sitting judge, and a 1.0 hour CLE presentation.
The section also helps provide volunteer judicial panelists and team advisers for two mock trial competitions for local high school students.
