The Intellectual Property Law Section keeps its members up-to-date on issues relating to the practice area, including patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret law. We accomplish this by having quarterly Section luncheons featuring relevant topics and knowledgeable speakers, approved for 1 hour of CLE credit.
The Section also sponsors a full-day seminar each December.
