The Health Law Section provides opportunities for health lawyers in Northeast Ohio to interact with their colleagues and stay up-to-date on local and national health law issues. Our membership includes broad representation from the health law field, including private practitioners from large and small firms, in-house health system and payor counsel, and government attorneys.
Our Section hosts bi-monthly luncheon speakers on timely health law issues, and offers CLE for attendees. Additionally, we present an annual Health Law Institute featuring a comprehensive speaker panel addressing topics on the forefront of health law, as well as periodic introductory sessions for attorneys considering a career in health law.
We sponsor health law scholarships and career days at local law schools, and participate in the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association's community support activities.
