The Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Law Section of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association provides regular opportunities for estate planning, probate and trust law attorneys to network with each other and to receive continuing education on topics which are both pertinent and practical to the estate and trust practice. We sponsor informative, innovative CLE programs and luncheon meetings on important topics, providing a convenient venue for our members to obtain continuing legal education and information on current developments.
Each of our monthly luncheon meetings provides our members with the opportunity to earn up to 1.0 hour of CLE credit. Annually each October, we host the renowned Estate Planning Institute, which is a full-day CLE seminar attracting attorneys and other estate planning, probate and trust professionals from all over Ohio with cutting-edge, late-breaking topics and top-flight local and regional speakers. Additionally, we provide an annual "Hot Topics" half-day CLE seminar in June, and participate in the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association's practice and procedure clinics on topics germane to our Section.
We also provide other valuable services, including our regular contribution of articles to the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Journal, public service and pro bono activities, an up-to-date interactive web page, and opportunities to socialize and network with our diverse group of attorneys.
Please contact any of our Section leaders if you are interested in joining the section.
