The purpose of this Section shall be to promote the objectives and activities of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, within the field of general business law, including continuous, sustainable CLE programs for members and non-members, communicating new and relevant legal issues affecting the corporate practice bar, developing young lawyers to ensure vitality of this Section and providing networking opportunities. The section holds meetings involving an informal lunch and a 1.0 hour CLE presentation, as well as an annual CLE program.
