This course will give courts and their staff the tools needed to design positive parenting plans in the face of high conflict divorce and domestic violence.

Our presenter, Dr. Dan Ashbourne, will focus on the more challenging facets of custody litigation and how to work with those and still accomplish a safe and healthy parenting plan.

This course is limited to Domestic Relations and/or Juvenile Court personnel.
