Presenters:

Foreign Trade Zones offer companies operating internationally an excellent way in which do business. John Senese will explain how companies can save Customs duties, create manufacturing and related jobs in the region, and compete globally by operating in an FTZ.

NEOTEC administers FTZ 181 which has 27 sites in 8 Northeast Ohio counties. NEOTEC recently entered into a cooperation agreement with the Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority to administer FTZ 40, which has 10 sites in Cuyahoga, Lorain and Ashtabula counties. Combined, the FTZs have over 11,000 acres under administration.

John will be joined by David Gutheil, Vice President of Maritime & Logistics for the Port Authority to explain how the NEOTEC-Port Authority partnership will enhance domestic and international marketing efforts to promote FTZs 40 and 181 as a unified multi-site global supply chain management program.
