Reduced Dues Form

The CMBA offers reduced membership dues to attorneys who qualify. To be qualified for reduced dues, please complete the form below or click here to print and complete the form. To join at this reduced rate, you must complete and submit a full membership application. Your billing category will be good for one fiscal year. You'll be asked to reverify this information annually.

I qualify for Reduced Dues because:  

I no longer meet the above criteria, but I am currently retired from the practice of law and qualify for the Retired Dues of $50. 

I no longer meet the above criteria and should be reclassified to Regular Dues.
