The Diversity Circle (formerly known as the Diversity Action Committee) oversees the Bar Association’s award-winning diversity initiatives and serves as the 'think tank' to research other ‘best practice’ initiatives as well as research the need for unique initiatives to meet specific needs in the region. The Diversity Circle is composed of member attorneys and others who are identified stakeholders in the diversification of the local legal community.
