Space Rental

The Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association Conference Center provides outstanding meeting space featuring state of the art audio visual equipment. The Center is located in the heart of downtown Cleveland within walking distance of Public Square and is convenient to all downtown offices and restaurants.

Our largest conference room provides classroom seating for 150 with an adjoining reception areafeaturing a built-in registration desk. The room divides to accommodate three smaller meetings, making it ideal for breakout sessions. Rental includes theatre, classroom, hollow-square and banquet-style set up with 8-person round tables.

Additional rooms include a state of the art Board Room which seats 60 in classroom set up, and two meeting rooms with conference tables for ten.

Catering services are available through the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. Arrangements can be made for any event - from luncheons, dinners and receptions to continental breakfasts, deli trays and box lunches.

Video and teleconferencing equipment is available. Call the CLE Department for further information. Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association members receive a discount on all room and equipment rentals.

Faxing is $1.00 first page and $.50 for each additional page. All fees are subject to 8% sales tax. The CMBA is open from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. A $25 per hour staffing fee will be charged if room rental occurs after these hours. Contact the CLE department at (216) 696-2404 to make your room reservations.
